Out Of The Box

After numerous fruitless attempts, I finally broke away from my usual safe style and decided to go for the illogical creativity.

When presented, the reply was just…”Interesting.” Okay that was quite sarcastic, I thought.

Ready to squeeze more brain juices again, at the end of the day, that piece of quirky element was requested to be replicated to other parts of the design as well.

A tiny improvement, and another important lesson learnt today – sometimes it’s okay to take the risk and be illogical. And at least I tried.

When you were young, you wished you were older.
When you are older, you wished you were young.

When you were free, you wished you were busier.
When you are busy, you wished you were freer.

When you were earning less, you thought you were rich.
When you are earning more, you think it’s not enough.

When you listened to electropop, you wished you could listen to more bossanova.
When you listened to bossanova, you wished you could listen to more electropop.

When you had this, you wished you have more of that.
When you have that, you wished you have more of this instead.

Can there ever be a perfect balance at any point of your life?
