“If you’re plannng to enter Animation, concentrate on Maya really hard. For IM and Games Design, you won’t even touch on that program.”

My sister is sick, really sick. Today’s the release of PSLE results, and she got 250 and is eligible for the Special stream. However, she’s most probably choosing Riverside Sec as her first choice. I feel it’s a little wasted lah…get so high marks and go to a “top neighbourhood school”. Of course I don’t expect her to go to the Special stream in a top school, an Express is good enough… Well, the choice is hers… =)

Yay! Aud, Bear and I were YouTube-ing for the Whisky Queen videos a few days ago, and Bear managed to pick out many of them through S.H.E’s ones. WwWeEeEeE!!! So kawaii~

We all miss her lots…and yay~ There’ll be more opportunities this coming end of the year! But sai~~~ I can’t go on the 4 Dec. Firstly, it will clash with my Typo class. *argh* Secondly, it costs $38. SAI! No money…so I can very well forget about going. T_T (But some consolation, I can never have to see STY Sim.) Oh well, hope I can make it to the other events then.

Anyway, my entries are getting more random, but honestly, I don’t care. LOLx! Perhaps a few years later, I’ll browse my archives and relive those happy, memorable, sad, angry, stress moments, no matter how crappy they are. =)

Woohoo! It’s a good time to slack again although I still have my Digital Imaging homework to do, because lectures are cancelled tomorrow! =D Woots! But I’ll be busy again soon, lots of deadlines in the next couple of weeks. Including drawings, drawings, and MORE drawings! ZzZ… 26 more days to term break! I’m looking forward to that.

GCMA videos! I managed to convert them from .vob to .mpg (many thanks to FIR for helping me to transfer them to my HDD), but I still need to split and edit them. Ok, I attempted to split Shijia and GBM’s video (during Typo lesson as I can use Final Cut Pro in the Mac lab) to test it out. Yes, I managed to split it beautifully, but there’s no audio! *faints* I think I’ll edit them on my father laptop this weekend, pray hard everything will be completed successfully.

Woohoo! Saturday was the BIG EVENT - GCMA! Yes yes, I really enjoyed the day there. =)

On GCMA eve, I couldn’t go to the indoor stadium for the rehearsals, because I was stuck in school till 8.45pm, waiting to complete my animation assignment! WTH! The rehearsals started after 9pm, so I think it was too late for me. GGGRRRRRR…I missed quite a lot of things, because S.H.E, Shijia and Tank rehearsed that night. =.= But at least I got to see Ahzi the next day. =)

Yay! 28th finally arrived! I think I was too excited that I woke up even before my alarm rang. Within 40 minutes, I managed to sneak out of the house at 7.20am, cos my mum was nagging at me the day before when I told her I’ll go out at 8am. Phew~ At 8.15am, I reached Kallang MRT, then took bus 11 after figuring for 15 minutes where the bus stop was.

After reaching indoor stadium, I had to walk one big round to find where the FC was. And after a ‘long’ journey, I joined tham at 8.45am. ZzZzZ~ Most of the time, I was stoning and watching them do the Rocher bouquet for Ahzi.

A short while after Aunty Joyce arrived, the L4mers and Meimei played Daidee since Bear bought a new pack of poker cards. LOLx…Joyce ah, kept putting the wrong cards. Aunty ?? aunty… Hehe, I’m surprised I won one of the games, because it had been a really long time since I played Daidee. That shows I’m not a gambler. Haha!

At about 12pm, one of the event organisers told us that the place we were sitting was for the media, and we had to shift to the opposite. WTH… And what’s worse, some other FCs who arrived much later than us was already at the opposite side. Some of our committee members pleaded them nicely to take up lesser space because it was unfair that some of our FC peeps camped overnight and we had to queue behind them. But one of the FCs didn’t want to cooperate. @#$%^&!!! So we allied with Joey’s FC as they were going to the airport to fetch Joey, might as well work together… Haa! (Haha…JAS people are really nice!)

At 1pm, we went near to the back door and waited. It was a very long wait, so while waiting for the queen’s arrival, we chatted (ok lah, I was diam diam most of the time). At about 2.30pm, L4mers and Hannah went back to the red carpet where our bags were to take some food. Just when we reached there, someone called Eve saying that Ahzi has arrived. We immediately ran all the way to the back door, but it was too late. No fate… :’(

And we waited again!…for the queen to finish rehearsing. Woohoo! We could actually hear her singing outside the stadium - [The Moment], [?????????], [???] and [?????]. While waiting, we kept peering into vans to see who was coming. Hehe…an unforgettable one was Rainie. OMG…fans booked 2 Maxi cabs to chase her. Really siao. But anyway, we waited outside the back door for more than an hour and finally at almost 4pm, Ahzi appeared so suddenly that I didn’t notice her coming out. Brown top and jeans…no aunty-ish outfit! Haha! =X

Following that, we went back to prepare for the red carpet. Wah…the media kept taking our group photos for more than 5 times! So many things to hold - the BIG and HEAVY silvery ‘Y-A-N-Z-I’, swallow boards, ‘MUACKS’ board and LED boards.

The red carpet event finally started at 6pm. Woohoo! Shijia was one of the first few to arrive. So HAPPY! She walked the red carpet with GBM, and she looked nice in the Miumiu dress! She spotted Jiaxin and Hannah before she went to the opposite for the media’s interview. After some photo shoots, she turned to her left and saw ME! Haha! She seemed quite surprised to see me there, then she smiled and waved back. Gosh…she’s so nice~ WOOHOO!

Soon, Tank came with Gary, but Tank didn’t look at our direction. =.= Hehe, but he looked good in his newly cut hair! =) Then, Joi and Hippo walked the red carpet together. LOLx… All of us waited for them to walked nearer to our side and we purposely kept chanting “??…??…??…” Wahahaha! ???! Hippo s**ks!

After that it was quite boring, except for S.H.E’s arrival. LOLx…Ella’s so cute as ever, cos she was jumping around at the red carpet. Wahaha…and I like Hebe’s outfit, so pretty~ =D

Finally and expectedly, Ahzi was the last one to come, with Andy Lau! Woohoo! The dress is rather nice leh, don’t know why the media reported as one of the “disaster” outfit. GGGRRR!!! Anyway, they walked too fast! I think it’s because Andy Lau’s legs are so long that he always take big strides. LOLx!

YAY! From the countdown of 90+ days to the day we stepped in to the indoor stadium. WOOHOO! Excited! The award ceremony started at around 8pm, with Joi singing one of her songs. Following, Shijia, Kelly, Jun Yang and Wei Lian sang a rendition of Singapore songs:

Woo~ After the “appetizers”, the first award which would be given out is [Outstanding Regional Artiste]. Wah! We were prepared for the worse, but at the same time, we were also hoping Ahzi woud get the award. All of us held hands together and prayed really hard. When the presenter said, “Sun Yan Zi”, we just flew out of our seats and cheered. WOOHOO! Our prayers work! =D

Anyway, from what I’ve heard from YanziUnlimited forum, someone said that after Ahzi went down the stage, she suddenly took off her high-heels and ran BAREFOOTED to the backstage, then MIA-ing for about 45 minutes. LOLx! OMG! Soooooo AUNTY!!! ????! But at the same time, imagine that, she must be very cute too, running like that on such grand occassions. OMG! That’s one of the reasons why I like her - ?????. =)

Soon after, it was the top 20 songs. OMG, I simply can’t believe Hippo got one of it. SHYT! While she was singing, I purposely SMS-ed Min Kai and keyed in every letter slowly “to pass time”, saying that I felt like I was at a church gathering. =.= WTH…I can’t stand the sight of her presense of her.

During the middle of the show, it was kinda boring, because Ahzi didn’t went up for any awards until towards the end. Woohoo! Tank got [Most Popular Newcomer] in the Taiwan category, S.H.E got [Most Popular Group] & [Top 20 Songs], Tank and Selina got [Most Popular Duet]! Wahaha… Selina was so funny when she said to Tank, “??????????S.H.E??.” Haha! And I seemed to be missing the good parts that day. When Selina and Tank were giving the thank-you speech, I heard that Hebe and Ella were doing funny actions which were captured on screen. Eh, anyone managed to record it? =X

I love Tank’s [?????] and Gary’s [Superwoman]~!!! Woo~ Fantastic… Tank’s freestyle and Gary’s high-pitched vocals. Cool~ And Jin Sha’s [??????????] left a deep impression on me too, especially when the bear appeared! SO CUTE!

YAY! Finally towards the end of the show, Ahzi kept going onto the stage for 3 times - [Top 20 Songs], [Best Album] & [Most Popular Female]. HIGH~ HIGH~ HIGH~ She sang [?????], then [The Moment], [?????????] & [???]. ??????????, she got her own LIVE band for her last 3 songs! Haha! HIGH~! We flew out of our seats whenever she got an award. Simply too HIGH for words. Too high till the personnel had to come to our area and told us to sit down repeatedly, but we didn’t really care. =X Best of all, she gave us a loud flying kiss! She finally responded to our ‘MUACKS’ boards (I was one of them holding it, that’s why I’m so happy)! Can faint~

At the end of the ceremony, while the stars were having photo-taking, we stood on the chairs and waved our boards and lightsticks. The personnel came again and told us not to stand on them, only Aud and I heard her, so we got no choice but to listen. Hehe! But we were not so obedient hor…we stood back and continued cheering once the personnel disappeared. LOLx!

It was so funny during the cheering. We shouted “YANZI”, then she gestured “OK”…and this went on for numerous times. “YANZI~!!!”…”OK”… “YANZI~!!!”…”OK”… “YANZI~!!!”…”OK”… WAHAHAHAHA!!! So cute… Then I saw Shijia looking around at the audience, so I waved to her, but of course she didn’t see, cos I blocked my face with the ‘MUACKS’ board. =X Thus, I continued trying to AA from Ahzi. LOL!

The whole award ceremony ended at nearly 12am. Lucky Jiaxin and Hannah, who were sitting at the $38 seats… They quickly went down to the back door to wait for the stars to come out. They were really very lucky…the stars went out shortly after phototaking, and Shijia waved to them 3 times, whereas Ella waved and jumped about. =.= *jealous*

ZzZ…but anyway, but parents were so KPO that they volunteered to fetch me home. But thanks to them, I don’t need to spend my money on taxi fares. =X Hehe!

PAYM!

Met up with Shijia fans at 3pm to queue to the concert. Much of the time spent there was on chatting and stoning. Haha… When we were almost bored to death, we decided to go to a nearby 7-Eleven to buy Xin Min and Wan Bao to read the news on GCMA. Sadly, The New Paper was sold out, but we wanted it so badly because we saw a boy boy reading it and there was a report on Shijia’s outfit, and the picture’s quite big too! We returned to the queue and shared the newspapers among ourselves. Then, we discussed about Ahzi, Best Newcomer and Hippo. Really BTH…especially when Huiwen mentioned about Hippo, she was so ??. Haha! It was soooooo funny to see them dissing those people. LOLx!

Woo~ During the queueing, we could hear Shijia rehearsing [???????], [?????] and [My Island Home]. Haha…so wierd, NDP is over~! LOLx… But anyway, we found a secret entrance to the hall through the Ladies toilet, but we didn’t dare to enter. Thus we just had to listen to her outside while waiting.

At about 7pm, we were finally let into the concert hall with the entry passes (many thanks to Xinhui). Wah OMG, felt quite cheated, cos Passion card holders were sitting in front of us, even though they came later. GGGRRR!!! The distance between the stage and us was quite far, so we were worried if Shijia could see us.

The concert started about 20 minutes later, and Cai Lilian was the first one to sing [??????] & [??????], followed by Chongqing’s [??] & [??]. Woohoo! Chongqing’s LIVE singing not bad huh, at least I have to say it’s so much better than some other CMI singers.

After Kelly and Jon’s performance, we expected Shijia to come out after Hady, but she appeared right after Jon, so we didn’t have time to prepare. LOLx! Woohoo! She sang [???????], [?????] and [My Island Home]. Cool~ I’m pretty surprise that there were other people shouting for Shijia. =D YAY! And it’s my first time watching her sing [My Island Home] LIVE (btw, NDP is not)…IMPRESSIVE! Haha! ?????????????????~~~ *someone’s gonna faint*

The final performance was of course by S.H.E! After Hady went off, they played a video of their 5 years journey, with [???????] as the background song. Wow… such a spectacular sight! Everyone stood up, waved their lightsticks and sang along with the song…feels like 27 January 2007. Woohoo! They sang [??????], [??], [?????] and [Superstar]. Wow…everyone was so high standing up and waving. But I felt quite confused. The 2 girls on my right (Jiaxin & Kite) were super enthu, while the other 2 on my left were super unenthu. =.=

But anyway, the sitting place was so small that we could hardly move our feets, so there wasn’t any space for us to jump and get high. Hmm, after the concert finished, all the performers went back to the stage to cut the birthday cake for PAYM. All of us quickly ran to the front to catch a better view of Shijia (or rather let Shijia catch a better view of us). Wahahaha! I managed to squeeze to the front of Eriol, who was holding Shijia’s poster board, then I kept jumping and waving about right in front of him. =X WOOHOO! I think Shijia saw Eriol and I, and she smiled and waved back. Wahahaha…?!

After the event, we walked quickly to the back door to wait for Shijia and S.H.E. We waited 20 minutes, but we gave up as we guessed that they had left already. About 10 minutes after we walked back disappointedly, Huiwen suddenly exclaimed, “Oh shit, they’re coming out!” All of us were stunned. Yes yes! Xinhui informed her about that through SMS. Wah! So good… But anyway, after receiving the info, we sprinted all the way back to the back door. The guys (esp. Jun Teng and Yong Quan) were crazy by then, I think… They kept shouting “Shijia” and “Kaira” while panting and walking. LOLx!

Indeed, not long after we reached the back door, we saw a van driving out. YAY! It was Shijia and S.H.E! However, the van was driving quite fast, so I just waved to whoever was in it, and I saw Selina for half a second. WOOHOO! But…I wanna see Shijia… =.= Hehe…nevertheless we went back home rather happily. So Hannah and I went home by taking the train to Changi Airport, then bus 858. LOLx…initially Yong Quan didn’t want to believe we were going to Changi Airport, even when we really stepped into the train. Wahaha…

It was 11.30pm by the time I reached home…2.5 hours later than what I told my parents. Of course I got nagged lah! BTH!

Haha…it’s such a nice weekend. Nice but tiring. I still haven’t recover from the craziness, and my limbs are all aching from all the running (YAY! My lower arms were suntanned. LOLx… But my upper arms is still as fair as ever. =.=). Thanks to everyone who made these two days so enjoyable. Thanks A LOT to Xinhui for the PAYM tickets and informing us that Shijia and S.H.E was coming out. WOOHOO!
