2008.05.18 - Esplanade

Spent 1.5 hours on the Esplanade rooftop experimenting with night shooting. If not for the early morning shoot the next day, we could have taken more pictures near Merlion Park or even Boat Quay.

While taking photos there, overheard a couple saying that shooting with DSLRs sure looks cool, yet at the same time looks like tourists. =.= Damn! LOL!

2008.05.19 - East Coast Park
Woke up at 4.30am just for this morning photoshoot. We kinda went to the wrong place (should have gone to Pasir Ris Park instead), but it’s still worth it. Reached there just in time at 6am to catch the sunrise.

In a dilemma whether to get a Benro tripod for $120, which will be donated to Red Cross for the Sichuan earthquake. Should I, should I not? And I’ve yet to get a bigger bag to place all my barang-barang whenever I’m out for photoshoots (hate to carry 2 bags all the time). I’m broke… =(

It’s Monday! Hooray! Will be watching Rui En today from 10.30pm till midnight. =D

Friday - Walking around like a tourist snapping photos from Raffles Place to City Hall. Mission Snail-y. Canon training.

Saturday - Celebrated an advanced Mother’s Day at Bottle Tree Park, following by Snail’s birthday celebration (saw UFO’s Real Face of Mountain Lu, and I got my right side of my hair & face smelt like vomit…thanks to Snail).

Sunday - Crazy cycling and photo shoot at East Coast Park. Gonna be there 6am next week to catch the sunrise! Cool eh? Anticipating!

Haha! Damn… I haven’t get the chance to use my filters which I bought on Saturday. Shall collect my extension tube tomorrow as well, I have no fate with Mr Postman.

Taken during a trip to the art museum yesterday for our Art & Design History assignment. Zzzzzz~! I think the place is pretty cool, looks like a chapel, but it’s actually an auditorium!

The weather has been rather good these couple of days, the sun is back. =)

But why am I suddenly shivering now, since that few lines of greetings on MSN? I hope I’m not thinking too much. Bleah…

Really spent a lot this month. Wanted to rent some dramas to watch, but ended up buying Kungfu Dunk DVD. Hebe on Teenage cover, shared the cost with my sis. And the most surprising thing was that Rui En is on cover of Citta Bella. Couldn’t really recognise her at first until I pulled out the magazine and saw her name. Biangzzz! Spent another precious $5…but it’s worth it, because the pictures are so nice! =D Oh, and I haven’t get the magazines with Nat on cover from my aunt. T_T

Wheee! The brochures for DSLRs in IT Show are out! The one I’ve been aiming for……

OMG OMG OMG~ So tempting! Hopefully it can be included in my “collection” this time round.

Anyway, anyone’s interested to get a second-hand DSLR? Sony Alpha A-100 for S$750, no more warranty, but still in great condition. Price negotiable. =)
