Woke up early, after a tiring day during National Day, but I didn’t have enough sleep still. =.= I even reset my alarm clock 15 minutes later, and obviously it doesn’t help much. Had to rush to Vivo by 10am, and wow…I was still one of the earliest! Haha!

Went to Toast Box for drinks while some had their breakfast, then returned to GV and started waiting for the event, which started 3.5 hours later. The wait felt very long, and Candice kept ‘entertaining’ me by mouthing “Rui En” repeatedly. Too bad I wasn’t good in entertaining people in return, so all I could was to do a Yanzi-style “crazy” hand signal back to her. Subsequently I started to feel restless and didn’t respond to her ‘entertainment’. LOL!

Actually, we were there to try out luck to see if Yanzi would attend, but sadly she didn’t. Still, we got tickets to the movie and watched her performance as Guan Yin. OMG! LOL!

More pics of Damus! Don’t you think he’s uber cute?!!! If I’m not wrong, he acted as the young Tianbao in [Bian Zou Qu]. Awww~ Super lovable! Haha!

Initially, I was expecting Nat to walk the red carpet with the other celebrities, since he often attends these gala premieres and Crocodile was one of the main sponsors of the movie too. He didn’t appear, so I thought he could probably be filming. We proceeded to the upper level of GV, and as I kept the camera in my bag, I sensed a little commotion and saw Aud’s shocked expression. I looked around…saw people taking pictures…flashes and snappings…someone familiar…SOMEONE DAIM FAMILIAR?!

OMG, there he is, my Daim cake kaki, appearing in front of me when I least expected him to. I just went “OH MY GOD!” and quickly re-open my bag for the camera. While waiting for some girls in front to take photos with him, he turned to look around and smiled at us! DIRECT EYE CONTACT! *faints*

Woots! We then rushed in to the theatre as our Guan Yin Zi would be appearing in the front part of the movie! Her appearance just make us laughed lah! And I think we were the only ones who laughed non-stop during that part. LOL! Guan Yin Zi really very bright eh! Her Hokkien is……WAHAHAHA!

“Guan Yin shi bang zhu na xie xu yao bang zhu de ren ah~” (Goddess of Mercy helps those who are in need of help.)

“Ni wen tai duo le la. Na~ Zhe ge gei ni.” (You asked too much. Here, this is for you.)

LOL! The way she spoke was unnatural lor. We were looking forward to more Guan Yin Zi in the later parts of the movie, but nah, she only appeared for that 2 minutes or so in the beginning of the movie. =(

The movie is actually a very sad story about the life of a getai singer. 715’s character in the movie is really dislikable. T_T Not really my type of movies, so rating it 3 out of 5 stars.

After the movie, some of us went to a HK restaurant for our dinner, where they were making fun of the name “Sng Ee Tze”, which sounds like “sng yi zhi” (one piece ’sour’) and “sheng yi zhi” (left one piece). OMG, just one name and they could come up with many jokes out of it! Damn hilarious! Hahaha!

We continued high-ing back to GV and saw that Yanzi’s bouquet of flowers was still there! Aud took out the paper on stick where Yanzi wrote her wishes. The stick was too long and someone still asked if she wanna keep it. Of course no lor! So they took out the paper from the stick, and I said “Wah! Really ‘sheng yi zhi‘ leh!” LOL!

Oh wow! Yes, a happening weekend! Fortunately school term has ended for Year 3s, so I could spend this weekend carefree-ly. Haha, woots! Off to sleep! =D

Happy 3-big-candles Birthday to Yanzi!

Finally spent a wonderful V-Day! However, I have to sleep for 4 hours to see the special person. No choice, cos she’s so dua pai.

Yes, she’s none other than YANZI!!!

Woke up at 6.30am and tried rushing to T3 as fast as possible, but I was still late. =.= Yanzi came at about 9am, and unsurprisingly she wore quite unglam-ly. LOL! Then she started blowing her nose with tissue and guess what? She threw the soiled tissue into her bag lah!!! Oh my goodness…how unhygienic! xD

Some of them were asking Yanzi about her newly permed hair and she replied, “It’s Bobo hairstyle!” We continued laughing at her messy hair but she insisted, “It’s really Bobo hairstyle!!!” LOL! So cute that she kept emphasizing on the word “Bobo”. She must be heavily influenced by Zoe Tay. =X BOBO HAIRSTYLE!

Before taking photos, Yanzi noticed some of us she was unfamiliar with, like Aud, Bear, Candice and I.

Yanzi: Wow…new friends ah?
Them: No lah…so long already. How long have you ???
Yanzi: 7.
Them: *in a fierce tone* 8 LAH!
Yanzi: -.-” Don’t scare away your new friends lah…

Wah! I joined YanziUnlimited for 3 years and I’m one of the new friends leh! LOL!

While taking photos, they kept commenting about her messy hair, so she adjusted and adjusted…only to make it worse. =X Haha! After Queen, Eve and JM passed her some stuff, she had to rushed inside to the immigration counter, giving the reason, “I wanna go in and eat breakfast!” Hahaha… Her mind is always thinking about food, food, food! =X

We went to Mac to have our breakfast later on and crapped. Actually I was keeping quiet (again), as I was feeling sleepy and too tired to talk. If not I wanna talk about our “dates” on V-Day, since Aud’s the ??-er while I am ??-er. Yes, I know Aud wanted to find opportunities to accuse me of being a ??-er again. They kept singing [??] purposely in front of me. T_T

I’m soooooo happy!!! My wish for 4 years finally came true on this wonderful V-Day!!! =D

Okay, finally a post on Yanzi, who just left a message a couple of hours before her event! I’m so guai today, staying at home while she attended the Wanbao e-Award ceremony at Lunar this evening, because I’m under 20. =(

HEYYYY…..

howdy.
I know I know, I’ve been bad. Been neglectful, self-absorbed and carefree. But you know me.

First of all, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! My mom is making the 7th day dish. It’s made up of 7 vegetables (I think I’ve mentioned this before no?), and my grandmother used to make it for the whole family. I’m sure we would be missing her while stuffing our faces. Actually, even if we’re not stuffing our faces.

I’ve taken to fairy tales these days. Literary reads are too mind boggling. The last one i read was Seven Types of Ambiguity by Elliot Perlman. It took me a looooong time. Now this fella is self absorbed!! I’m just a peanut next to him. So now I’m reading Angela Carter’s fairy tales, probably meant for little pubescent girls but I don’t really care.

Today I went out for some errands and the shop assistant asked me when I’m releasing my next album. She said she was tired of singing the old songs over and over again.

!!??!!

I managed a polite smile and said “I don’t know.”

Serious stuff aside, here’s something trivial to share with my girl fans:
DO NOT GO FOR LASH EXTENSIONS.
I happily tried them out and have been regretting it 2 days after. They look hard and laquered and may cause EYE INFECTIONS. I had to take my little scissors and snip them away. So right now, half of my lashes are about 1mm short. Lovely.

alrighty, I reckon I would see some of you soon, and some, not so soon.

She’s freakin’ funny about the lash extensions. 1mm short! WAHAHAHA! I hope some of them who went to the event took some pictures for us, so that we poor fellas can see her 1mm short lashes! Haha, okay…she can easily put on fake lashes though. xD

Final word before I continue doing my work and watching My Mighty In-Laws (yes, I’m always multi-tasking): I’m not a betrayer. =D

Just some updates, which I gonna cramp into one post.

I was actually home alone for 8 days till Tuesday, X’mas night. Couldn’t get used to it in the first couple of days, then I finally felt some freedom which I didn’t used to have. I could go out without telling anyone and decide to go home whenever I want with no worries. Heh heh, and the latest time I reached home was 10pm! So early eh? =X

On that “tang yuan day” (I forgot the Chinese name for it), my aunt actually brought some tang yuan to my house specially when she knew I was alone at home. So heart warming~

^Odd colour of the soup, but I love it all the same…

My uncle gave me a 1GB Cruzer Micro too, and now I have 3 thumbdrives. =.=

The next day, they even brought me to Jack’s Place to have our dinner. I haven’t felt so pampered for such a long time already. Heez…

On X’mas…I spent the whole day feeling lost. I was neither in the mood to work nor slack, I didn’t even feel like watching Meta. So I idled in front of my laptop, feeling ultimate sian, then I think I wasn’t alone. Cos Aud was feeling the same as me too! Haha, out of boredom, we even shared our secrets…*hush* Haha, finally let out something which is kept in my heart for a long time. =P

The next day, which was Boxing Day, I received the stuff I ordered through an online spree from Strapya! Wheee~ Have you seen the game, Jenga smaller than your palm size?

Haha…so cute~ I just love the items they’re selling, and I’m soooooo addicted to online sprees. Gonna get myself some nice clothes soon too. Hehe! =D
