Nike Human Race 10K 2009

Woots! Participated in my first ever marathon, Nike Human Race 10K, with the RBKD peeps yesterday. Dragged myself up at 3.45am and I think that was the earliest I ever woke up in my whole life. Didn’t give myself any target for the race, except for just completing it. It’s so unbelievable that I was walking most of the time but completed it in less than 2 hours. Wah, this sense of accomplishment…ultimate shiokness! I SURVIVED THE 10KM!

Ended the race with aching legs and “your face like want to die like that”. Had some group photos and short chat with RE before heading to Marina Square for our early lunch, and watched them play at the arcade. Cabbed home as my legs seemed like they were about to give way anytime soon.
