The Homecoming

Yay~ Finally, the last episode of [The Homecoming] today! Heh, it has been a long time I like a MediaCorp drama (the last drama I love was [Zero to Hero]). [The Homecoming] is definitely one of the best dramas recently, with experienced actors and actresses. Haha, who says “all-uncles” dramas are boring? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t love old men. =D

Although the storyline is pretty above average, but the cast did a very good job in bringing out every character. I must say I like Constance Song’s acting best! Finally she got a role which is likable (unlike her previous shows…heh heh!) and her acting is very convincing, that why I like her in this show, whereas I hate her in the previous ones. LOLx! I hope she’ll get Best Actress this Star Awards!

I also like the boy who acted as Ryan. Though he’s still very young, but his acting is natural. Most importantly, he’s cute too! =D

Yay yay~ The ending of the drama is good too. Weihong and Sessy got together finally, as she saved him when he was almost shot by his “ex-buddy”, Hanyuan. Wheee~ They definitely deserved to be together since they went through a lot of tough times ever since he came back from the US.

Heh, and I knew Sandy’s half-brother wouldn’t be so hard-hearted, especially after seeing Hanyuan’s true colours. So…she got back the assets and continued as the CEO of Matrix company.

Poor Qianyi and Guoqiang, both brother and sister died. T_T

Okaaayyyy~ I don’t know how to end lah. Just thumbs up for Constance and the drama! xD

Dreamz

School’s quite fun this week. Haha, made some new friends from different classes.

Principal of Games Design – First thing we did was to present our favourite game. Heh, I rarely play games now, so I decided to talk about Pangya. LOLx, my presentation is so short lah, because I didn’t know what else can I talk about. =.=

After that, we worked in groups to create a game. LOLx, our group’s discussion was really funny. We had a modified version of ???, so we would say ???????, with five levels of different actions. OMG lah! The fifth level (created by Lisa) was so unglam! xD From brainstorming to ostrich, gay to He Xiangu and Guan Yin, low-cut to high-neck blouse with a whole on the chest… Wahahaha! And we were laughing so loudly, no image… =X Laughed till stomachache. =.=

Interactive Multimedia – First half of the lesson was boring and dry, and I was really sleepy that time. I bet I could have dozed off if I wasn’t sitting at the place which the lecturer could see me. The next half of the lesson was much better as it was pretty interesting. We were sharing how we can categorize students in a class – amount of leg hair (eeewwwwww~), number of teeth, skin colour (racist!) etc. By then, everyone was awake from their dreamy state. Yah, and don’t continue to ask me what is interactive…I’m scared of the word already.

Japanese – It’s killing me already. OMG, we have to memorise all the Hiragana characters. Crazy!

Web Design – Coding tables. @#$%^&*!!! I love Dreamweaver!

Visual Arts Techniques – Wheee~ We did an apple in pixel art, quite fun but it’s difficult and requires patience. @_@

Lecture on webhosting – Almost fell asleep because of the lack of sleep the previous night. After the lecture, there was suppose to be an optional drawing lecture by the retro lecturer, but everyone ran out of the lecture theatre after the webhosting lecture ended. LOLx! Never give face… =D

Argh! But next Wednesday will be a loooooong day! 8am to 6pm, extra hours for web design make-up lesson…SIAO AH! All because of Labour’s Day. =.=

Just watched Yanzi on [Music In The Air]. Argh! They cut all the nice and funny parts away, and I didn’t feel so high compared to the Live recording almost 3 weeks ago. I thought I could watch the funny interaction between Yanzi and us again, but ROAR!!! They even cut away [Gugi Gugi] rap. Cut here, cut there…cut your @$$ lah. So disappointed…

Have been listening to Dreamz FM’s songs today, and they really bring back memories. =) Heh, Yanzi wasn’t in this entertainment scene then, but I was already liking their songs. Some people say I have a bad taste for liking their songs…but I don’t care. =D

What Matters

After reading forums, reviews and blogs, I really do have some comments about certain issue.

So many people are so affected by the numbers, which I don’t bother at all. It’s the music that matters. The public isn’t blind or deaf, and they definitely know who’s the better one, in terms of music and personality. Let those people continue to cheat themselves, because no matter how hard they push up the sales, everyone know that our dear lady is still far better than the desperate one. Quality over quantity lah, people. Don’t be so bothered about the cheaters. At least we know right from the bottom of our hearts, who’s the best. =)
