[/UPDATED]
Woohoo! I’m here to blog about the President’s Star Charity which ended a few hours ago!
YanziUnlimited wanted us to queue up at MediaCorp at 8am, which is soooooo early! So I reached Toa Payoh station at 8.30am to meet Joyce, then took bus 157 till the bus stop near MediaCorp to meet Wan Fong. And…we reached the carpark at 9.15am. =X
I spent most of the first three hours there stoning. During the first one hour, we had a brief introduction about ourselves, then discussed about Yes 933 charts thingy, and GCMA! Wah, so glad that quite a number of FC peeps hope Shijia will win. LOLx…she’s a good and talented singer ok! =P
At about 12pm, Ben suddenly called and said that he missed the bus stop and was near a very ulu forest. He sounded so pathetic on the phone, and made me rushed out or MediaCorp, ‘cos I scared he kenna er-hem er-hem. JKJK! =X
After I “sent him” to MediaCorp, Joyce, Wan Fong and I decided to have our lunch at Toa Payoh HDB Hub. A few moments after we stepped into the bus interchange, Joyce shouted “???!”…made me so shocked, until she told me she’s referring to the poster in CD-Rama. xD But anyway, there were lots of guys at Toa Payoh, all because of Project Superstar! OMG…majority of the singing CMI.
Following our lunch at Mos Burger, we went to buy some stuff and returned to MediaCorp. Shortly after we’ve reached, we went out to “take some fresh air”…haha, and we saw Sam and Wei Qi from Mi Lu Bing! LOLx.
At about 3.15pm, we went to the radio gate to wait for aunty Ahzi. We kept trying to catch a glimpse of the drivers of every car, hoping to see some celebrities and of course Ahzi. The first one I saw was Pierre Png. Haha! We went “aaayyyyyyeee~” when we realized he’s Pierre, and he put his hand out of the window and waved to us while he drived off. LOLx!
Then at 4pm, Chongqing came out and told us Ahzi would be reaching at 4.30pm. So I told Aud to fly down immediately from Comex. *Waiting…waiting…waiting* Then, we saw a silver-coloured van, 2035, which was about to go into the radio gate. So all of them were saying, “??????????…”???Sun Ho”. Of course I couldn’t be bothered, furthermore as the van came nearer to us, I saw a lady inside waving to us, so I thought, “ARGH! Sun Ho waving to us?! DUH!” I just didn’t want to give her a second look, until someone screamed, “Yanzi!” All of us just screamed and ran towards the van. Ok, so I realized Ahzi initiated the “hi” to us! AWW~ AHZI’S SO NICE!!!
Then, she was signalling something to us…like a “five” and a “phone call”. Thus, we assumed that she either wanted us to call the $5 or the $50 donation hotline. LOLx! The van stopped after the gate, and Wei Song came out of his silver Merc and talked to her. And we were still screaming. Haha! We were suddenly so energetic after seeing Ahzi. YAY!
Aud reached shortly after that. She’s tooooo slow, so she couldn’t get to see Ahzi. =( Back at the carpark, entertainment begins! Haha… EH! I AM NOT AUTISTIC! LOLx. If I really am, I don’t think I will ever join the FC. Haha…
Woots! So we were let into the studio at about 6.30pm. After much waiting, the show finally started at 7.30pm. However, it was quite disappointing when Ahzi didn’t appear in the beginning of the show, ‘cos we missed our chance to scream our hearts out. Haha! But we rehearsed our screaming and enthusiasm when Patricia Mok and Jenny appeared. ROTFLOL!
FINALLY! When the hosts announced that Ahzi would appear after comercial break, we went CRAZY! I’m sure we were the loudest and most AA among all fans in the studio. So shiok! During the break, the crew started to lay out the platform and Indian tabla players and dancers started to prepare themselves, so many of us were thinking if she was going to sing [??]. After a few moments, I saw someone with an “outstanding” outfit coming out from the backstage…AHZI~!!! MORE CRAZINESS!!! Wah, I was too high that I shouted…kinda unbelievable for some people. Haha!
Indeed! She sang and danced [??]! We screamed like mad and sang along… WAH~!!! Damn HIGH~!!! And we did the signature action for the song, but we modified it to the “five” signal instead of clapping. LOLx! HIGH~ HIGH~ HIGH~!
After [??], Ahzi sang [Love Will Keep Us Alive], with Wei Song playing the piano. Wow~ Simply fantastic and touching! Although she didn’t know the lyrics for the song very well (because there was a ??? in our direction below), she did an excellent job!
YAY YAY YAY~! Now comes to the best of the night! During the finale, she reappeared in a black gown…suddenly there was a huge commotion on the right side of the FC. After looking closely, I noticed that Ahzi was wearing the LOLA necklace we gave her as a birthday present! OMG, so touched! And the funny part – when she turned around with her back facing us, we burst out laughing out loud, because we saw the loooooong dangling chain behind! The end of the chain was so long that it almost touches her waist…OMG! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! WoOhOo~! So happy that she actually wore the present we gave it to her! She loves YanziUnlimited. =D
When the show finished, she pointed to the necklace and back to us. Haha…so cute! She also gave us FLYING KISSES!!! *faints* After that, most of us ran to the radio gate to wait for her. Wah, I almost sprained my ankle when running…LOLx! After a short while, the 2035 van appeared and we screamed like crazy again. Ahzi and Wei Song waved goodbye to us, but that stupid van didn’t stop! Instead, it sped off quickly, but slowed down when we stopped chasing. WTH!

After the event, about 20 of us took cab down to the Prata House at Upper Thomson Road for our own “???”. It really looks like one with many tables joined together. Haha! And wow~ the prata there is definitely good! And while eating there, we were also hoping that Ahzi would go there to eat her supper, since my father’s colleague spotted her there a few months ago. However, we saw ????? instead. Haha! Wah! I reached home after midnight, although I took cab with Joyce, Zhuo Yuan and Kang Hong. ZzZ! The uncle went one BIG round lor. This is not the first time. ARGH!
Anyway, we really had a great time yesterday. I’m still so high while watching the videos which were recorded in the theatre and from TV. Woots! AHZI LOVES US! =D
(P/S: I appeared on TV. Not my face, but my hand waving the yellow “Stefanie” board sooo vigourously lah! LOL! Not so bad, not so bad. xD )
